Absolutely terrible. I had my clutch changed years ago and they left things unbolted that dropped my DAM from 1 to .67 and on top of that, my rear 02 sensor has been bugging me ever since I’ve gone. Now, I’m changing out the fluid for my transmission and rear differential and these people didn’t even tell me that they STRIPPED my rear differential drain hole. Worth every penny. Saved me over $3500 from what the deal ship was trying to charge me instead got my car fixed fast and only for a fraction of the price. Thank you Julian for the help. Went back to get my brakes done, the front pads were too small and they clunk every time I brake now. Went back to ask them about it and they weren’t being very helpful, tried to get in contact with them again about fixing the issue and didn’t get a reply. Julian and his dad were awesome! It was a privilege to be able to have these guys work on my STI. Also Subarus quote was 3800$ and Julian got me in around 2200$ so the price was just a bonus! These guys customer service is 10/10 Give them a call if you want Subaru professionals working on your Subaru.
Poor communication, very unprofessional!! Left us on delivered after inquiring for a repair. After calling and double texting for an update to just get a quote, they ghosted my husband once he sent pictures and Vin#.
