Extremely disappointing experience for a professional truck driver. I arrived at 9:20 a.m. for my scheduled 11:00 a.m. appointment and was later told I would need to leave and return at 11:30 a.m. This defeats the purpose of having a scheduled appointment and causes unnecessary disruption to a driver’s hours of service and delivery schedule. Facility is fine they have overnight parking but unloading is horrible I have 9am appointment come 8am and it’s now 10am it’s still at dock I ask them they told me they make room for delivery

Very good place our appt was on Monday but they unloaded us wednesday, there is overnightparking is available, has excellent bathroom with comfortable place, thanks.

Horrible, absolutely abysmal. The old location off of Delaware was way nicer, faster and efficient. This new location is filled with air heads, you wait 1- 2 hours to get unloaded, or forgotten, or the same amount of time to get loaded with 1 or 2 pallets. It's as if they build the pallets as they request you to show up to pick them up. Unless your a truck load carrier, they could care less about your existence.
