We ordered a Railing for our Basement Stairway, and after four month of back and forth, promises and put offs we finally cancelled our order. This Company does not want to deal with small orders. Would not recommend
Three weeks ago on 1/29/16 I spoke with them. Vicki Brown, told me someone would come out and get a look at my property and give me a quote. They never came so I called a few days later and again they said they'd be out in a few days. I don't live at the property and I need an exterior rail replaced, so they can come any time. I haven't hear from them since so I called today, 2/23/16 and spoke with Vicki again. She said she'd talk to, whoever it is that goes out and does estimates and see if they could get out there soon. We bought a railing for our front steps from this company. They sent diagrams to help up with measuring and it was pretty easy - for my husband. Anyway the railing is wonderful and really strong. Not the flimsy stuff we saw at a couple of hardware stores.
