Just great! The coaches...the people..everyone wants you to succeed!.. I wasn't sure this would work for me.....turns out this program can work for anyone willing to show up!! Very clean environment! I highly recommend Wrought Iron Gym!!
Amazing gym, management and workout! We were in town for a funeral from Atlanta, I found Wrought Iron online and my mom, dad and I all went for a workout! We were welcomed with open arms, felt comfortable, and Matt was an excellent instructor! Clean great gym with amazing people!
Wrought Iron Gym is a great gym owned by some incredible people. The community is very welcoming and there are always options to scale down a workout if needed. I had never tried CrossFit before joining a couple years ago but they made the introduction very accessible. After taking a break last year due to some schedule shifts, I recently restarted my membership, and it’s been so good to be back. I highly recommend!
Going on 5 years at WIG after being at a couple other Crossfit gyms prior to that. Best decision ever!! I have made lifelong friends which is built-in accountability! The workouts allow me to push myself or scale accordingly knowing what my body needs that particular day!
