Amazing gym, management and workout! We were in town for a funeral from Atlanta, I found Wrought Iron online and my mom, dad and I all went for a workout! We were welcomed with open arms, felt comfortable, and Matt was an excellent instructor! Clean great gym with amazing people!
Wrought Iron Gym is a great gym owned by some incredible people. The community is very welcoming and there are always options to scale down a workout if needed. I had never tried CrossFit before joining a couple years ago but they made the introduction very accessible. After taking a break last year due to some schedule shifts, I recently restarted my membership, and it’s been so good to be back. I highly recommend!
Going on 5 years at WIG after being at a couple other Crossfit gyms prior to that. Best decision ever!! I have made lifelong friends which is built-in accountability! The workouts allow me to push myself or scale accordingly knowing what my body needs that particular day!
Wrought Iron is an incredible gym, and Matt and Emily are amazing, caring owners and coaches. They’ve created an environment that’s both supportive and challenging in the best way. There’s no judgment here—just a great community that pushes you to be your best. The group-style workouts keep me accountable and make it so much easier to get out of bed and show up. Highly recommend!
This is the one gym that I’ve seen changes in myself physically and mentally. Matt and Emily do an amazing job!
