Make sure you know where your money goes with this company
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a title company. The staff are extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and constantly give conflicting information. There were delays, broken promises, and a complete lack of respect for my time. I strongly do NOT recommend doing business with this company. There are many other title companies that are far more reliable, honest, and professional.
We’re new to wholesaling and spoke with agent from here who claimed he “works with wholesalers” and had properties we could move together — making it sound like a legitimate partnership. Once we asked for the purchase agreement, everything changed. He said we didn’t need one, that an assignment contract replaces it, and that the “agent” would be whoever buys from us.
