We had a very bad experience with one of their writers. She was not only incompetent, but she was also extremely rude and arrogant. We lost a great deal of money on the book, and they overcharged us too.

They were very unprofessional. The writer they told us would be so wonderful turned out to be a very difficult person to deal with. We wasted more time correcting her mistakes and she had a very rude and offensive demeanor. We were not satisfied with the end product and ended up hiring someone else to clean up the mess that they made of our project. We did not receive anything of value from this company.
The cleanliness of the place left much to be desired and I thought the fees were excessive.
I did not think the work was as good as I was told it would be.
