Carlin is excellent. Courteous, conscientious, and attentive. I had the privilege of being a witness at a somewhat complicated interstate real estate signing, and he knew exactly what he was doing and explained and reassured the signer over a small mountain of paperwork, much of which was different that what you sign buying a house in California. He does his homework and it shows in his understanding of his profession. Highly recommended.

What a great guy! Had a appointment with another notary and i waited for over an hour and gave up. Ended up calling and talking with Texas. He showed up to my rescue within 10min!! Wish i had just called him first! Thanks so much Texas for coming to meet me on such short notice. If you are in need of a Notary, i suggest you call and talk to Texas!!
