Bret at Wristband Universe went above the call of duty to execute our last minute order. We got it in time, but just barely. FedEx had delivered it to someone else in our building. Oddly, it was a UPS driver who helped us track it down by identifying the signature. The reflective slapbands looked fantastic. I looked at several vendors and didn't find any others that offered as large an imprint area. We had a last-minute change to one of the colors we wanted. Unfortunately, the ball got dropped on that.
