awesome service. when my home caught fire, my agent was at my house before I was. We were so distraught, but they drove us to dinner and then checked us into a nearby resort. They also gave us $5000 to start replacing clothes and personal items. Mic drop!
I was a faithful and loyal customer for 3 years despite many frustrating circumstances where nobody would return my call or email for days on end in time sensitive situations. He usually came through before the deadline so I kept with it until finally he didn't respond to my loan officer who was trying to close my home purchase and myself for 2 weeks.
