Brad and his apprentice came to service a plumbing issue at our summer cottage on Georgian Bay. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They fixed the problem immediately and even identified a few other issues we were unaware of that would have been a huge headache for us to address later. We are so thankful they were next door working on a neighbour's renovation and that they took time to help us at the end of a long working day. If I could leave a review of more than 5 stars, I would!

Brad was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We had a big job on our hands — redoing the entire plumbing system at our island cottage in Georgian Bay — and he delivered beyond expectations. He replaced all the old lines and installed a brand new jet pump, filtration system, and pressure tank that now reliably powers two cottages. Brad over the last few years has installed, new septic pump, jet pump and pressure tank. We appreciate a timely response to all our questions and concerns. Most recently pointing out a cause of some septic problems over the phone…nailed it! Always high quality work.
