About a week ago, my air conditioner was blowing 82 degrees, and it was high 90's outside. I called Wrights Mechanical about 2:00 p.m. and by 5:30 we had cold air again. You have to know how busy HVAC people are especially in the summertime. I was expecting no less than a 12-24 hour wait before they would get here and probably have to order parts which would further exasperate the downtime. 3.5 hours from the time I called until I had cold air. 2 Hours of that time was spent chasing a motor I needed they had to go out of tow... read more
