I had an amazing experience at Wrights Jewelry. I brought in a chain for repair, and they told me it would be about $50–$100 and take 7–10 days. I asked other jewelry stores, and they said it would cost $50 just to get it soldered—without building it up—and that it would take at least two weeks since they’d have to send it out. Customer service was not adequate and quite unprofessional. My fiance went in there to get his finger sized for a wedding band and she mocked how thin his fingers are and that he should "put some meat on his bones" and proceeded to say "just kidding".
