Customer service was not adequate and quite unprofessional. My fiance went in there to get his finger sized for a wedding band and she mocked how thin his fingers are and that he should "put some meat on his bones" and proceeded to say "just kidding".

I walked into Wrights with a picture and an idea of what I was looking to build in a pendant, not knowing quite what to expect. I received amazing customer service at every interaction and I am extremely pleased with the final product. Pricing was great, excellent craftsmanship and I can’t state enough the level of attention I received; I will never use any another jewelry store!

First time stopping in to check out Wrights Jewelry shop in Medicine Hat and it was a great experience. We were out Christmas shopping and saw their sign on the sidewalk advertising that they sold Hillberg & Berk earrings, which my wife loves and are hard to find outside their own stores. We decided to pop in and take a look, as we had never been in this store before. It was close to closing time and the gentleman who we talked to was very friendly and helpful.
