I just moved to Bandon, Oregon two weeks ago and upon a reference by the man I purchased the house from, called Wright's Artesian Well Drilling and Pump, which are the same people that own this business. The owner has psychological problems and gets angry when confronted with his own mistakes on the job. He hires drug users. And in general, they are extremely unreliable, unresponsive and slow. Upon reading the review below by rhy o'drinnan I want to note that John also threatened me with a lawyer when I did not pay him for a job he did not finish. I paid him when it was complete though. Very poor experience. If you want a hole in the ground, they'll do it for you. But if you actually want a well hooked up, get ready to hire somebody else. Even getting them to show up and drill the well took months. Then when they finally got the hole dug, they split immediately. Very unresponsive via phone and email. Then after not completing the job, they come in and threaten you with breach of contract until you buckle and pay them for the late shoddy work they already did.
