I brought my car in reporting rattling and knocking when I drive my car/turn the wheel. They recommended running a diagnostic test for $175 and taking the steering wheel apart to tighten things up. I also brought them a battery and asked if they could switch the one in my fob out - turns out they didn’t use the battery I brought to them and charged me for a different battery (without asking). From the first time they assisted me with the services and other problems with my car, they consistently informed me of the service procedures and options for the optimal performance of the car. Another quality of this mechanical workshop is that they only use high quality parts. Needless to say, the extensive experience of the manager and his team of technicians is unquestionable and this is very important to me since they give me the confidence I need to leave my car in their hands.
