I brought my car in reporting rattling and knocking when I drive my car/turn the wheel. They recommended running a diagnostic test for $175 and taking the steering wheel apart to tighten things up. I also brought them a battery and asked if they could switch the one in my fob out - turns out they didn’t use the battery I brought to them and charged me for a different battery (without asking).
