Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Family oriented business owner and employees. The mechanics are all loyal and long term employees. They will do their best to work with you and not against you. Shoutout to mechanic/manager Ryan M.
Always keeping my Cadillac on the road. Doug is a nice guy. Honest. Prices are like everything else. Too expensive. We had a emergency as we was getting ready to leave town with our vehicle. Doug got us right in and got our car back on the road.
After dissatisfaction with another shop in town, we went to Wright's. They were incredible! Their prices were great. Doug was super friendly! If I still lived in Battle Creek, this would be my go to shop!
I had a issue with a gas line leaking. Called in am he got me in at 1 and had done and repaired by 2:30! Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommend 🥰
Owner’s son Ryan takes advantage of people, says he can do things he cannot. Was supposed to fix a classic car and he put cheap parts on it took thousands of dollars and the car does not run at all. I would not recommend working with Ryan as he does not stand by his work.
