This towing company is incredibly shady and takes advantage of college students. They towed my car and didn’t even register it in the system until the following morning. I spent hours not knowing where my car was, panicking and even contacting my local police department. When the police searched for it, they couldn’t find anything in their system either. Business is very unprofessional. You open up at 9 am but show up to work at 940 with a stank as attitude as if you hate your job. I’m sorry YOU applied for this job.
Firstly as a person arrested. 24 hour service to retrieve a vehicle should be available. Second the open hours of 9-5 are to short Thirdly I arrived at the location at 10:55 by law someone has to service me within a hour that wasn't available. I'm very unsatisfied and this location shouldn't receive police towards if there availability isn't 24 hours
