Wrighters Towings' Services performed well. My Mercedes had a very low gear and was stuck in neutral. He dragged it to perfection and set it on the flatbed. They clearly went above and beyond to tow my car securely and with the utmost care. Very professional. Outstanding effort.
While working for a neighboring municipality, I had the pleasure of dealing with the drivers and the owner. They responded right away, swiftly, and successfully. They got along nicely with the responding fire and police departments.
Even though they had a busy day, the service was good, and the truck showed up within 45 minutes. The costs were standard for the area. Driver was friendly and helpful. What else could you possibly anticipate from a towing company?
They do offer a cash discount, which others did not. Huge savings, yet great service. Superior service.
They made sure when strapping down that nothing would scratch the car. That's the true eye for details!!!
