Unfortunately she was very rude, demeaning, and unprofessional over the phone when representing her client. Would not recommend them. Kindness seems to be nonexistent.
DO NOT TRUST THE SECURITY OF THIS PLACE! I booked a consultation with Claire and uploaded all of my personal documents on a link they requested from me, and was later told they couldn't find my documents (which had BANKING INFO and tons of other private info), and that reason for this was because someone there quit and took the passwords with them when they left. Additionally, she refused to give me an exact cost for her services- it felt like a terrible sales pitch- and her asking between $3,600 to $6,000 for a simple trust... read more
