They never answers their phone.
My first visit with her was good but the second visit I had to go to. I was late to an appointment and they refused to see me and refuse to let me talk to the Doctor, they refused to let me speak to a nurse. They refuse to refill my prescriptions. so I reset an appointment for a month away a diabetic and I have chronic back pain, sciatic nerve problems and they refuse to fill my prescription because I was late to an appointment and they were very snotty to me on the phone. I HV jumped from Dr to doctor for last 40 yrs, and she was right her in springtown, They r the best.if a person has negative reviews there is something wrong with them. I'm hopeful she's my last Dr ever.Her nurse is very professional and has a outstanding personality
