I literally don’t understand how this company is still in business. I hired them a few years back to install a new roof and I should have been alarmed by how low the bid was. After the install the roof continued to leak and they returned once to “fix” it, pics of the fix attached… what even is that? Then for months after I could not get ahold of the company for remedy. Horrible company. Doing work in MA knowing he is not licensed and therefore never pulled a permit to put up my deck and knock down wall to install a 3-pane door which they broke upon installation. No permit, no contract, never could get straight answer on total cost. They installed the door lop-sided, screwed up my roof drip edge, left holds in corners, cut out holes too big for electrical outlets, left sonitubes under deck sticking out 2 feet from the ground. screwed up my electrical by putting a junction box above the door... read more

The worst company to work with. They did my siding and from a distance it looks good, until I took a closer look. Most of the siding they installed were never nailed in place. Now some of them are coming off just by touching them. I could go on and on about them. They only care about getting your money.

Do not trust Richie or his wife with his so called company Wright Way Construction this people are scammers, they will take your money playaround with getting your project done. They’re either always traveling or on the road, unable to answer your calls. In the process of taking them to court as well. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

Fraud company. They said they pulled out the permit which they never did. I was at my work while they were building my deck. Richard said that building inspector came and gave green single with initial inspection. They stared work and finished on Friday. Paid him in full. I was waiting for building inspector to do his final Inspection then boom it was a surprise for me. They never pulled any permit. Building inspector came to inspect and every thing was messed up. I called them but they were acting like mafia.
