I've worked out with Crystal/WT for over 13yrs and I wouldn't have the stamina, strength or mobility today without it - I see my strength show up in assisting my kids, practicing as a manual PT practitioner, lifting my dirt bike, traveling, etc. She pushes the consistency and it's so conveniently located here in Victor. I just stumble in at 6am and get my workout done for the day!
I love training at Wright in Victor! The coaches and community make it easy to stay consistent and train smart.
