Wonderful experience. I let them know what the issues were with my riding mower. They came and picked it up for me.They called promptly with an estimate and explanation of what they found. They did not try to up sell me and even let me know they would start by putting slime in the tires instead of replacing them since they constantly go flat. Once the repairs were complete they took payment over the phone and scheduled delivery for the following day. Will definitely be using them again.

I found a good deal on a used zero turn mower at Wright Tractor. I was hesitant because it was a bit of a drive for me, but decided to make the trip to check it out. The mower was as described and everything checked out. They’re great people to deal with, I could not have had a better experience. I’m glad I made the trip and definitely recommend checking them out.
We are so disappointed with Wright Tractor. We ordered parts but never received them and after calling them multiple times, we give up and had to order from a different company. When we told them to cancel the order, they told our parts were now in and to get our money back, we had to pay a restocking fee. We paid a restocking fee for parts we never received. Not happy with their customer service at all!
