Phenomenal team!
My family has used this tax service for years and they have made so many mistakes. The past 3 years I have had to submit claims and sit on hold with the IRS for countless hours because I never received any of my tax refunds. I physically went into the office and had them change my address because the prior two years I submitted a different address, they didn’t change it!!
