Requested information and specifications on a tank we wanted to purchase but they refused to provide anything we needed for permit until we purchased a tank. How are you supposed to know what your getting if they make you buy the tank first! Very rude and horrible customer service.

Just talked with Mike on the phone and he’s very rude doesn’t care about selling tanks obviously

RUDE. My sister and I drove 45min to inquire about their “custom” tanks and was IMMEDIATELY turned down without any inquiry into what we were seeking to do. The man just said NO, walked away and left us there standing dumbfounded. This was the most unprofessional experience ever. We felt discriminated. Don’t offer “custom” tanks on your website if that is not what you provide - False Advertisement

I politely called to ask Wright some fairly simple questions and the man who answered refused to give me an official quote "because they didn't want to do my work for me" (I'm still trying to figure out what that means?). In the construction industry it is a standard request when estimating that we ask for a formal quote, because if you don't it gets more expensive later--especially when you're dealing with shifty characters!
