Absolutely terrible customer service. Head just 100 feet down the road and on the other side and you will find someone who is kind and not rude. I have bought granite from this place, and I went by to look for something else. They talked down to me so much I felt uncomfortable and left, went to Asheville Stone and Grading, the guy was SO nice and beyond helpful. I will never go back to Wrights again.

I set out to 4 different stone places to look for the best stone for my flagstone patio and path project and future projects. I met a lot of great people, however, Wright Stone Works had the best inventory, best organized stone yard, and the staff were some of the friendliest people I've met.
