Alissa Wakim is the “clinical research coordinator” who treated me so horribly along with the other team members in Dermatology in charge of clinical research. She doesn't return any calls, and has no interest in helping me with the Nipocalimab study.
Really sad I've been going to this practice for almost 15 years. I started off with Dr. Bowman. She was a good Dr. Then I went to Michelle Dodds, DO, after Bowman left for a teaching job. I truly loved Michelle! Down to earth and really cared. I then inherited Dr Redmond. Found her so so. Only saw her once in April. Had an appt for the end of October.
