Really sad I've been going to this practice for almost 15 years. I started off with Dr. Bowman. She was a good Dr. Then I went to Michelle Dodds, DO, after Bowman left for a teaching job. I truly loved Michelle! Down to earth and really cared. I then inherited Dr Redmond. Found her so so. Only saw her once in April. Had an appt for the end of October. Received a letter on Oct 10, that she was leaving on the 6th of Oct. My letter was dated Sept. 25th!! It appears they have no more family practice. Informed the guy I talked to... read more
Horrible medical facility. Never available appointments always told to just go see Urgent Care. Found out today they are moving to Huber Heights with not as much as a email or a phone call to notify me. My doctor made me feel as though I was making him uncomfortable just by my presence. The only saving grace is they had wonderful nurse practitioners who would step in when their doctors could not. Making my appointment at a new facility and not looking back.
This clinic is questionable and running into ethically questionable practices. Because I take medications for ADHD I was required to take a drug test. This is fine, however, I was billed over $229 from the lab they sent the urine sample to. These medications I take are not disputable and forcing a patient to foot the bill after giving them an ultimatum is coercive.
