Teresa has been a wonderful landlord. She always communicates promptly. Anytime an issue came up, she was quick to resolve it. There has been times where suspicious people have come around the property and she is right there to take care of it. Teresa is so understanding, flexible & easy to do business with. It wasn’t a problem to get any maintenance done when needed. The move in and move out process was so simple with her. Would’ve love to stay here longer if I could, great staff and Teresa is great!
Unsafe to pull onto DOUGLAS HWY AT 5010 N.Cars blocked view both directions. A safe trailer park. Some need to clean up around home. There is one or two that makes it appear worse than it is.
I rented 3 apartments from them and Theresa was wonderful. The other people in my building loved her as well. They are always courteous and handled any issues immediately. Highly recommend them!
