I am utterly disgusted with the subpar level of customer service and professionalism from Ricky! He is very condescending. He kept blaming the issue on us. In his words “I refuse to put in a new unit just for your wife to tear it up!” He refused to do the work and told my wife “just as fast as I got here that’s how fast I can leave”. And when I called to see what happened he threatened me over the phone as soon as he picked up! I will not recommend this “company” for anything nor to anyone!
