Been a patient for 22 years of Dr.Stephanie. She is wonderful and had no issues until they switched to a new location and overbook. Why do I have to book 2-3 weeks in advance? I used to be able to call and get an appointment the same or next day. The real reason I will be switching is because of how unfriendly the woman at the front desk is. All these years Scott was an amazing doctor and we have great respect for him, but I can’t just can’t believe how he dropped his clients without any warning or email or letter sent out regarding his retirement… We find this very very unprofessional. My husband lost his business few years back as well, but he immediately sent out emails to all patients informing them. This is very wrong Scott and honestly I feel disappointed.
