Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

For a first time patient, this was the worst facility I have ever visited. The office staff was inefficient, rude and extremely unpleasant to deal with on the phone and in person. I was met with unnecesssary expectations as far as completing first time patient paperwork, incorrect physician scheduled and in the words of the office staff manager, she specifically said to me when I said I just wanted to see a doctor because I was sick and then leave - she said to me "WE'LL SEE".
