Very unprofessional,treats good tenets bad.Takes the side of homeless people over tenets!!!
While looking at apartments, Valerie told me #110 at Melrose II was $499, and that she could show me the unit, but she couldn't get the key from maintenance that day and the end of week was Easter. So I called back the following Monday and a different lady told me that none of it was true -- that the unit wasn't $499 and that I couldn't do a walkthrough for several more weeks. I feel lied to and scammed, as I am legally blind and living off of fixed disability income so finding an affordable place was exciting.
Patient staff, low rates, and the best maintenance I've ever seen! I've lived a lot of places and never had one that actually fix things.
Filthy sick of repairing this filthy apartment by myself and I've called numerous times for cacking and I have to buy my own material to fix the apartment!! Disgusting!! My oven has a nest inside of cockroaches. I cleaned out my cabinets and have to put my dishes in trash bags. Not worth 600$ a month.
