Unit Was Not in Clean Condition Before I Moved In! The Owners Are disgusting!
Don't let this office threaten you with their evictions or let them frustrate you because that's what their doing to me. As a Tenant all my Payments were made on time and this is what will happen to you. I have several witness who are leaving due to their filth at this place. Do not pay them back a dime if you break your lease you have every right to dispute them city of Lubbock needs to let go of this property. And I have more pictures of the filthy unit I was moved in! They helped us get approved for our apartment
Not one maintenance employee is legally certified nor do they possess the ability to maintain a electric water heater... a month and 2 weeks this Sunday no hot water, cockroach infested bed bugs and excessive, homeless and drug dealing. Going both on side and inside the gates of this community. Honest. Great prices though.. sooo.. idk..
