Nurse case manager Marchell Cannon was very unprofessional, obnoxious, Very unkind, not honest! I reached out to her several times no text back or call back but she will lie and say she respond. I showed screenshots that she didn’t. Work very slowly to get me the assistance I needed and still wasn’t helpful. Only attended the doctors appointments to voice her opinion to change the doctors referrals and decisions so I couldn’t receive the correct assistance I needed. Thank you guys for everything you did for me during and after my injury. Kathy C. is the best. She helped me navigate and made sure I kept all the doctor, physical therapy and other appointments that I had. I couldn't have done it without her. She is a great asset to your company! She is a wonderfully helpful, knowledgeable and understanding person. She is an outstanding human being. I was very lucky to have her as my Nurse Case Manager. This has been such a Blessing. Mother has a great roommate which helps with her healing. Lori visits them and her attitude is contagious with them. Erin, is the Dr's Nurse and is soo contientious. To visit with her makes you comfortable that mother is getting the attention she needs. Lisa the DON is great. She follows up to help us feel confident in our absence.
