I called, spoke to whomever answered my call, stated my problem and she said he wasn't available, she said it would be sometime after Christmas, before he could get to me and I haven't heard from them since. I got another company who responded within a 30 minute window and was here 15 minutes later. They fixed my problem that day. This was Wingo Plummer.
