This place is a complete joke. Worked their for 3 days through a temp service. The three days that I was there barely had any training on the job. The supervisor that was in my shift was never there and I was told by others working there that he is never around and has multiple days off. The machine I was on was constantly breaking down and producing a ton of scrap on the third day that I was there. They don't work with disability, I have learning disability. And the let me go because I am to slow. I feel I loss it because of my disability.
I definitely wouldn't work for this company. This company is like being back in high school, it has clicks and is gossipy. The manager, Jeff tries too hard to fit in with the younger crowd instead of managing things that are going on. If you are new and don't quite fit in with the crowd they are quick to push you out. They allow certain employees to throw fits like toddlers, get in people's faces, and throw things without disciplinary action because they simply can't get new employees to work for them.
