I have to say I'm not impressed with their customer service. I visited them on a Tuesday morning, brought in a part I needed replaced, along with dimensions of a window needing to be replaced. I had heard nothing by Friday, so called again. They had done absolutely nothing with my order, asked more questions about what I needed that either I had already told them, or that they should have asked about originally.
