Bought a Lawn Tractor 8 months ago. Started having issues with it. They picked it up for service. It took 4 weeks for them to determine the issue and fix it. They were actually just going to send it back to me still broken because they couldn't "replicate the issue." I asked them to just drop it off at Kenton Equipment instead so they could fix it for me. What an outstanding business! They have really gone above and beyond to make sure I am a satisfied customer. They charge very fair prices and excellent communication skills. I would highly recommend them and will be a customer for life!
The Rating is mostly Due to us getting the wrong parts For our tractor That didn't Fit And needing to completely redo the order I still like This place a lot just wish it was ordered properly otherwise I still do stand behind this place
Worst dealer I have ever tried to deal with trying to get parts from trying to find a belt and just because my equipment isn’t John Deere they won’t try and help and they just hang the phone up one you when you tell them what your working on.
