Even though they didn't have parts for my grandpa's old 47' Ford tractor Greg was able to steer me in the right direction! Very friendly staff and they are fully stocked with all your newer equipment needs!
I was initially disappointed with my recent servicing, however, the service department worked very hard to correct the issue. I will use them in the future, hoping to repeat the positive end result.
Very disappointed in Wright Implement Service Department. I purchased a new lawn tractor 3 years ago after losing my husband. I purchased three years of service. I just had my 3rd service done. They serviced it fine, however, they left my tractor outside and returned it filthy and covered with snow. I keep my tractor in the garage clean and dry. Upon returning home from work, I found my tractor in this state in the driveway. I pulled it in the garage and needless to say, the snow melted, leaving puddles of water on my floor.... read more
