The 5 stars goes to Hollie, our new sales professional and tractor consultant. This is our first new subcompact purchase and we had many questions, including financing, tires, warranties, implements, delivery, service, apps, power and more. Hollie fielded our questions like a seasoned shortstop. She knows tractors and equipment, and cares about her customers, quickly correcting a delivery scheduling snafu for us.
