Wright homes warranty is a joke and there are several other construction work that happened in my yard without notice. This is specific to where I live in ********,**. There is no excuse for our warranty team not to contact you with the status of your items. I spoke to **** and he has all of your items scheduled to be completed within the next two weeks. The quality of build leaves a lot left to be desired. Nothing is straight, and they just throw paint over imperfections to cover up mistakes. The warranty department is incredibly slow to act on anything and the company will take the least expensive path to “resolution.” We have had floor squeaks and it’s taken a year and a half to get them fixed. The subcontractor and some of Wright’s on warranty workers told us the right way to do it would be to replace the whole floor but Wright Homes wanted to patch the linoleum in the m... read more
