Deliver what you promise. July 3th Vallecito was a huge disappointment. Subcontractors failed and so did you in handling this
They didn't do what they were paid to do and refuse to take responsibility for their botched attempts. Vallecito Lake... remember us? You need to connect with the group who paid you and issue a refund.
Bayfield Colorado 2019 July 4th, The wright group put on what was supposed to be a laser show...... it was a pathetic and poorly executive example of what a laser show should be.
You need to contact the vallecito coordinator and make this right.
The Vallecito laser show that was presented by this group was bush league. We should’ve hired the Bayfield High School Robotics team for a better experience.
They should have delivered what they promised in Vallecito and since they didn't, issue a full refund.
Responsible for a large budget laser show on our beautiful Lake in lieu of fireworks. Botched not only the setup directions but refused to interact with the paying non profit by ignoring all attempts after the failed event for follow up. This company literally ghosted a small Colorado mountain community after failing to deliver upon their promises. 0 stars.
They were supposedly doing this fantastic laser light show at Lake Vallecito,Co. The worst event I have ever experienced. I like most everyone there left after about 10 minutes of horrid music and ill placed lasers- I also got zapped a couple of times by the lasers and suffered some after effects and had to make a trip to eye doctor and using medicated eye drops for pending a dilation process to see if there is retinal damage. They broke some very serious laws concerning laser shows. DO NOT hire these people!
