A big special thanks to all the volunteers at Wright Flight in Tucson. Lily had so much fun flying a plane today. You guys are creating lifelong memories for these kids. A special thank you to Dave her pilot instructor and Tom her safety instructor. You guys were great with these kids. What an awesome program.
I remember years ago when I worked with Sally Peterson at Ford Elementary getting the kids ready for Fly Day.
I completed this program in 5th grade! Absolutely loved it. I’m sad my mother did not allow me to fly on flight day even though I passed all the tests with flying colors! I think every teacher should include this program 💕
This program is amazing as are the people who run it. My daughter sees new horizons and its beautiful to hear her goals change form in just a matter of hours because of what she knows she can do thanks to Wright Flight. Thank you for such a unique experience and a new found confidence!
