We have been training with Sarah since 2018 and love working with her! Working out is important to me, yet as a busy business owner, I don’t have the time or energy to devote to figuring out what workout I should do and what type of program would benefit me. Training with Sarah has changed the way I think about working out, eating right and being healthy. She has helped me see that I deserve the commitment to myself to be strong and healthy. She helped me understand that I am worth making good choices as often as possible and that I don’t need to beat myself up when I get off track. Getting back on track is what’s important. I would recommend her to anyone that is ready to go to the next level no matter where they currently are!
Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable and pays a lot of attention to detail when programming my training sessions. I’ve gotten so much stronger in the 4-5 months since I started working with her (with fewer days a week in the gym). Best of all - I’ve always had a lot of little aches and pains and she’s taught me so much about working out knots in my muscles and stretching properly to alleviate those pains. I highly recommend working with her!
