Could not provide proper leg brace. Stephanie the technician said they only had one option for hing brace Stephanie the technician was very vague while doing fitting. Did not let me walk and test while she was observing.
It took 45 minutes to leave with a walker that was approved by insurance. The script was already at Wright & Filippis. Processing took wayyy too long for my liking. They didn't seem to be in any hurry or notify me why the wait was so long. Most likely will go somewhere else next time.
Kerri & Kelly where honest and DID NOT disrespectful CHANGE MY INSURANCE & ME FOR SOMETHIGS THAT WERE PAID FOR. BY USING THEIR WORK CENTER I FEEL BETTER ABOUT SOME PEOPLE ARE STILL GOOD PEOPLE!! I was recently involved in a vehicle accident. I have noticed people RIP - OFF LESS FORTUNATE PEOPLE AT MED FACILITIES, QUITE OFTEN.. I THANK YOU FOR THE GOODNESS OF YOUR CHARACTER, AND THE UNDERSTANDING OF PEOPLE , WHO REALLY NEED HELP! NOT BE, KNOCKING THEM OFF THEIR FEET SOME MORE. GOD BLESS.
