I was there with my son and daughter on Tuesday, September 2nd. I would have rated our visit 5 stars because of George’s ever phenomenal professional service. The 2 stars and even 1 I would say is for the extremely bright florescent lights once one enters the door that should also open with a “handicapped” push button. Patients with epilepsy would have a seizure right away and patients without epilepsy will sure have a headache. I brought in my script for shoes in June. They told me it will take two weeks to get my shoes three months later every time I go in they told me wait till we call you. I asked for my script back. They told me that they don’t have the script and just wait till they contact me very unprofessional
Evertime I call to schedule an appointment no one answer they have voce mail leave your name and number will call you back which they never do useless place this happend to me last year and this year.
Dr. Karen cares of her patients her professionalism and kindness it's always welcoming . She made my friend a new brace and Karen made it right and my friend is happy and walking pain free, we went a couple of time for adjustments and replacing certain pads when they wore out and she gets out of her way to make it just right no matter how many times she has to adjust she's there, thank you Karen 🤗❤️
Darlene is a very nice person i She explained everything clear regarding the brace for my mom and was so happy to help A big thank for her
