Darlene was the technician who explained and demonstrated to me how to put on the SWEDE-O ankle lock brace. She was patient and gave me clear instructions even suggesting the type of shoe to wear for comfort and speed up recovery. Great service.

Extremely awful and rude employees that have no respect for anyone’s time. They took 2 patients before me that came after I did and when it was finally my turn they said I have to come in tomorrow bc I needed an appointment. I wouldn’t be so upset if they told me that when I walked in and not an hour later.

Horrible staff. I wish there is less than one star to give as a review because one star is too much for this store. I was referred to that place to get the right size of Thigh High stock which I need to wear right after medical procedure at my doctor clinic scheduled for the next days. I showed one of the employees at Write & Filippis the doctor request. I was told to wait in the waiting room.
