We brought our son in for a helmet with Natalie and she was nothing but amazing! From the start she was so kind and positive! She really took the time to explain the whole process and made you rest assured that your baby was in great hands! It took our son 12 weeks for his head to be perfect and we are so happy we made the best decision for his future! If you are doubting the helmet don’t! Can you get any more rude??? Walk in for the very first time. Standing , waiting to be next. Was behind the only other customer they had. After about 5 minutes the lady who was glued to her desk finally asked what I needed. Guess you have to sign in but had no clue. No sign saying so. Anyways, she asked for my license and insurance. Waiting waiting. Thought I'd have to walk around to give it to her but she actually got up and took it. Told me it would be about a half hour. So took a seat and waited. We brought our twins in for helmets to help with their head shape. The design of the helmets they use with the 3D printing was light weight and easy to handle. In addition, Natalie was amazing to work with on their growth! She made the process so comfortable, and she was just as excited about their progress as we were! The world needs more people like Natalie!
As a few other reviews have stated, the custom shoe orthotics from this place are complete and utter garbage. I paid $350 out of pocket for “custom” inserts that are no different from the $75 prefab inserts I bought from my old podiatrist’s office before it was determined I needed customs. The “arch support” is a joke as I can completely depress it with just my thumb and minimal effort. Do these people ever answer their phones? I have tried many times throughout the day and it always eventually goes to voice mail. The Google window always says that they are not busy....So what are they doing then, obviously not answering the phone.
