As a few other reviews have stated, the custom shoe orthotics from this place are complete and utter garbage. I paid $350 out of pocket for “custom” inserts that are no different from the $75 prefab inserts I bought from my old podiatrist’s office before it was determined I needed customs. The “arch support” is a joke as I can completely depress it with just my thumb and minimal effort. Do these people ever answer their phones? I have tried many times throughout the day and it always eventually goes to voice mail. The Google window always says that they are not busy....So what are they doing then, obviously not answering the phone.
Natalie gave me the best care. Very good experience.
Horrible service, no compassion for the customer. They have no clue what they are doing, no accountability, get a different answer everytime you talk to someone else. Would NOT recommend!
Ordered custom orthotics, waitied a month, received something I could have bought at Wal-Mart. Took them to my doctor, he told me to get my money back. Wright and Fillipis will not refund citing no refunds on custom product, however, my product is not custom... Poor customer service and untrustworthy service provider.
