I had two children that needed a helmet and Natalie at Clinton Twp helped with both of them. Both experiences were great and she is very reassuring and has been doing what she does for a long time. She is great at it and made my worries or concerns almost non existent! I even missed an appt because I scheduled it so early and forgot to put it in my calendar. I am beyond fed up with this place. I have been waiting nearly 4 months for my orthotic inserts. I went in for a fitting on July 3rd and still do not have them as of October 23rd. First it took 5 weeks to get insurance authorization (my insurance timeline is 14 days). Then it was a 4-6 week wait to get in for a fitting. The day before my fitting appointment on Sep 30 I was informed my authorization was expired as of Aug 31. Horrible experience for my 81 yr old father. He is unable to walk with the thing that they made him. He calls and no one calls him back. It's been over a year since his partial leg amputation and he's stuck in a wheelchair and loosing any muscles he had prior to surgery .

We brought our son in for a helmet with Natalie and she was nothing but amazing! From the start she was so kind and positive! She really took the time to explain the whole process and made you rest assured that your baby was in great hands! It took our son 12 weeks for his head to be perfect and we are so happy we made the best decision for his future! If you are doubting the helmet don’t! Can you get any more rude??? Walk in for the very first time. Standing , waiting to be next. Was behind the only other customer they had. After about 5 minutes the lady who was glued to her desk finally asked what I needed. Guess you have to sign in but had no clue. No sign saying so. Anyways, she asked for my license and insurance.
