I drove over an hour to this appointment to be informed the person who i was scheduled with didn't come in and i needed to reshedule.
A year ago I lost my right leg below the knee. I was so scared. I met a woman buy the name of Kate and she was very helpful from day one. I have been to the office in battle creek many many times as she has gotten me up and walking on my prosthetic leg. The staff is wonderful at this facility I would highly recommend anyone to them...
In my unfortunate run through the health industry in the last 8 years, Theresa, the orthotist, is one of my favorite medical professionals. She strives for continuous improvement and listens to me for details that could improve the products I use. Not everyone does. The office staff in front of her has also been very helpful to me.
The staff and techs are all very kind, and take as much time as needed to be sure you are satisfied and the braces are comfortable. Getting appointments is no problem. highly recommend this company(Battle Creek).
The receptionist has been very kind a patient, even though I’m cranky.
