The receptionist was very friendly and so was the specialist. I'm looking forward to getting my orthotics. Ive received a couple of orthotics over the years and I definitely notice that im wearing them and when Im not. They help my entire body work and feel better, especially my back, knees, feet and hips.
The lady at the front desk is so kind and went above and beyond to fit my walking shoe for foot fracture. She even sewed on an extra strap and glued in an arch. So happy we chose them.
I drove over an hour to this appointment to be informed the person who i was scheduled with didn't come in and i needed to reshedule.
A year ago I lost my right leg below the knee. I was so scared. I met a woman buy the name of Kate and she was very helpful from day one. I have been to the office in battle creek many many times as she has gotten me up and walking on my prosthetic leg. The staff is wonderful at this facility I would highly recommend anyone to them...
In my unfortunate run through the health industry in the last 8 years, Theresa, the orthotist, is one of my favorite medical professionals. She strives for continuous improvement and listens to me for details that could improve the products I use. Not everyone does. The office staff in front of her has also been very helpful to me.
