Staff here at Otto Bock are wonderful. They took the time to answer my questions. I had no waiting. Got right in. My shoes and Orthordics are comfortable have a good fit. Will come back to Ottto Bock with my foot care.
Quick appointment, no waiting and fast turnaround for my orthotic shoe inserts which turned out fantastic. My feet never felt better. They also stand behind their products and said to call if any issues arise and they will take care of any adjustment if necessary. I doubt I will need any, but reassuring. Lastly, the staff is caring and nice. Thank you
