I would give this place zero stars. I have never experienced such long term, pathetic customer service in my life. I have waited 8 months of back and forth delays to try and get one pair of shoes!! I have severe neuropathy in both of my feet. My podiatrist wrote me a prescription for orthopedic shoes from this place. There has been one delay after another. I have been waiting on my custom orthotics now for six plus months. I continually get excuses for them not being done. They tried to first give me some regular shoes with a custom insert knowing that I have bilateral foot amputations. Worst experience ever when dealing with them. Argumentative and rude, the staff and management are the reason that I will never use them again. Complete lack of professionalism and shotty customer service is their norm.
I work right next door at Restoration Eye Care as an Ophthalmologist! The staff at Wright & Filippis are kind and easy going. Thank you for being great neighbors. I appreciate you!
I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for something that I was told would take a total of two weeks now I'm being told it will take another 2 to 3 weeks because they just got permission from the insurance company meanwhile I have to suffer this whole time and being pain and nobody seems to care about me I think that if this company is restricted by insurance companies and having to wait for approval and things like that that you should go somewhere else where you don't have to go through these things something that was suppos... read more
