Sent them wire transfer to get my gas cards for my business and they are very slow to process. Still waiting and its been more than 2 weeks.
As a business owner I have fleet cards for the fuel use in my vehicles. The billings originally came from Maverik before the switch to Wright Express Financial Corp. (WEX) Prior to this we never had an issue receiving our monthly statements and paying them for fuel used. Since the switch we have experienced issues with receiving our statements 3/3 months.
