I have never been more disappointed in company as I am Wright Electric. I called and booked service for my residence 1/9/25, appointment window of 3:30-6:30. I was advised they were slow and they should arrive around 3:30 with a call ahead when on their way. I called at 5:17 for an update - I was advised they were at an appointment and would be calling with an ETA.
